1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and EliraGames, operated by Gaurav Sachdeva ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications (the "Apps").

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Apps offer Premium Subscriptions that provide access to exclusive content and ad-free experiences. By choosing to purchase a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase. Canceling a subscription does not grant a refund for the current billing period, but will prevent future renewals.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscriptions in the future, subject to Google Play's policies and notifications.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Apps are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Apps are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Representations

By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
