Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You can cancel your Premium Subscription at any time. Because all payments are processed through the Google Play Store, cancellations must be managed through your Google Play account.

• How to cancel: Open the Google Play app on your Android device, tap your profile icon, go to "Payments & subscriptions," then "Subscriptions." Select the EliraGames app and tap "Cancel subscription."
• Access after cancellation: If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless specifically required by applicable consumer law or Google Play's standard refund policies.

• Google Play Refunds: If you purchased an item within the last 48 hours, you may be able to request a refund directly through Google Play by visiting your order history on the Google Play website.
• Defective Items: If a digital item you purchased is defective, unavailable, or doesn't perform as stated, you may request a refund from Google Play, or contact us for support.

Please note that EliraGames does not have the ability to directly process refunds, as all transactions are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store billing system.
